I didn't receive my WhatsApp code
Make sure WhatsApp is installed on the phone number you signed up with, wait a minute, and try again. If you keep having trouble, email us.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, choose "Forgot password?". You can use your username or your phone number, then follow the steps.
How do I join an event?
Ask the host for the event's code or QR. In the app, open the Small World tab, then tap "Join with a code" and type it, or tap "Scan QR" and point the camera at the host's screen. Before you join you will see the event's name and who is hosting it.
The code for an event doesn't work
Check the code again (it has 8 letters and numbers). An event stops accepting codes when it has closed, or when the host has locked it after the guests arrived. If you think it should still be open, ask the host.
Who can see that I joined an event?
Only the people you are already connected to, and only if you have not chosen to hide. Everyone else only sees a number. If you hide, you also see only numbers. The host does not get a list of who joined.
How do I report an event, or block or report a person?
In an event you joined, scroll to the bottom and tap "Report this event". You can block or report people from the three dots next to a person in the app.
How do I cancel Mutualy Plus?
Mutualy Plus is a monthly subscription managed by the App Store or Google Play. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Mutualy Plus and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Mutualy Plus on another phone
Open Mutualy Plus in your Profile and tap "Restore purchases", using the same App Store or Google Play account.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app (in your Profile). If you cannot open the app, email us from any address with your username and we will help. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and the information linked to it.
